Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the peptides.gg Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By submitting an affiliate application, accepting your approval, or using your affiliate coupon code to drive sales, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

The Program is operated by Peptides.GG (“we,” “us,” “Peptides.GG”), 401 Ryland St, Suite 200-A, Reno, NV 89502.

1. Definitions

Customer

An individual who completes a purchase using your unique affiliate coupon code.

Sub-Affiliate

An Affiliate who applied to the Program using your referral link and was subsequently approved.

Referred Order

An order placed by a Customer that uses your affiliate coupon code at checkout.

Commission

The percentage of a Referred Order’s product subtotal you earn under these Terms.

Subtotal

The cart total for products only — excluding shipping, taxes, and any other discounts beyond your affiliate code.

Balance

Your accrued, unpaid Commission, viewable on your affiliate dashboard.

Cash Payout

Disbursement of your Balance via an external payment method.

Store Credit

Application of your Balance toward your own purchases on peptides.gg.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Have a valid email address and (for Cash Payouts) a verifiable payment method we support.
• Not reside in any jurisdiction where research peptides are prohibited from being sold or marketed.
• Not be a current employee, officer, or contractor of Peptides.GG or any direct competitor.

3. Application & Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. We review every application and reserve the right to approve or reject any applicant at our sole discretion. Approval is conditional on the accuracy of the information you provide. If approved, you will be issued a unique affiliate coupon code. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and the use of your coupon code; do not share either with anyone else.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Standard Commission

You earn 15% of the Subtotal of every Referred Order, for the lifetime of the Customer’s relationship with peptides.gg — not just their first purchase.

Performance-based rate increases above the standard 15% may be offered to high-volume Partners at our sole discretion. Any such offer will be communicated directly to you in writing and is not formula-driven, automatic, or guaranteed by reaching any specific revenue threshold.

4.2 Tier-2 Bonus

You earn 2% of the Subtotal of every Referred Order placed by Customers of your Sub-Affiliates. This bonus is in addition to whatever Commission your Sub-Affiliate earns on the same order.

4.3 Customer Discount

Customers who use your code receive 15% off their order at checkout. This discount is the mechanism by which your referrals are attributed; Commission is not earned on orders that do not use your code.

4.4 Exclusions

Commission is not paid on:

• Shipping fees or taxes.
• Orders you place yourself (self-referrals are automatically blocked).
• Orders that are refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed (see Section 11).
• Orders that violate any provision of these Terms.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Attribution is coupon-based. A Customer becomes attributed to you the first time they enter your affiliate code at checkout. Once attributed, that Customer remains associated with you on all future orders, regardless of whether they re-enter the code (“lifetime tracking”).

We do not currently use cookie-based or click-based attribution. If you direct traffic that does not use your code at checkout, no Commission is earned on that traffic.

6. Payouts

6.1 Cash Payout

Cash Payouts are available once your Balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. You may request a Cash Payout through your affiliate dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

Supported Cash Payout methods include Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, U.S. bank transfer (ACH), and paper check. The available methods may change at our discretion, and we may require identity verification before disbursing any payment.

Cash Payouts are processed manually within a reasonable time after request, typically 5–10 business days.

6.2 Store Credit

You may apply your Balance toward your own peptides.gg orders at any time, with no minimum. Store credit applied to your own orders does not earn additional Commission for you or any Sub-Affiliate.

6.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes due on Commissions you receive. For U.S. resident Affiliates, we may be required by the Internal Revenue Service to issue a Form 1099-NEC for any calendar year in which your total payouts equal or exceed $600 USD. You agree to provide a completed Form W-9 (or W-8BEN for non-U.S. Affiliates) on request, and we may withhold further payouts until you do.

6.4 Currency

All Commissions are calculated and paid in U.S. Dollars.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Practices

You agree NOT to:

• Place orders using your own affiliate code to earn Commission on your own purchases (self-referrals are blocked automatically; circumvention attempts are grounds for termination).
• Create multiple affiliate accounts under different identities.
• Bid on or use the trademarks “Peptides.GG,” “peptides.gg,” or any confusingly similar variation in any paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Register domain names containing “peptides.gg” or any confusingly similar variation.
• Promote your code through spam — including unsolicited email, comment spam, unauthorized forum posts, or any platform on which your promotion violates that platform’s rules.
• Use purchased, scraped, or otherwise unconsented email lists.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Peptides.GG. You are an independent Affiliate, not an employee, partner, agent, or authorized reseller.
• Stack your affiliate discount with other promotional codes or sales unless we explicitly authorize it.
• Generate or attempt to generate Commission through fraudulent orders, including the use of stolen payment instruments or chargebacks engineered to retain Commission.
• Sell, share, transfer, or resell access to your affiliate dashboard or account.

Violation of any item in this section is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid Balance.

8. Marketing & Compliance Requirements

8.1 Research-Use-Only Framing

All products sold by peptides.gg are research chemicals intended for in-vitro and laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human consumption, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

When promoting Peptides.GG products, you MUST:

• Refer to them as research chemicals or research peptides.
• Not make any claim about therapeutic, medical, fitness, weight-loss, anti-aging, performance-enhancing, or cosmetic benefits for human use.
• Not recommend, prescribe, or imply any human protocol — including administration routes, frequencies, or amounts.
• Not publish “before/after” content of yourself or any other person that implies an outcome from product use.
• Include a clear research-use-only disclaimer in any promotional content where this framing is not already obvious from context.

8.2 FTC Affiliate Disclosure

You MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Peptides.GG in any promotional content, in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Acceptable forms of disclosure include:

• A plain-English statement above the fold, such as “I earn a commission if you use my code at peptides.gg.”
• The hashtags #ad or #affiliate placed prominently — not buried in a wall of unrelated tags.
• A persistent disclosure block on websites and blogs that link to peptides.gg.

Failure to disclose is your responsibility — and your liability.

8.3 Platform Rules

You are responsible for complying with the rules of every platform you use to promote Peptides.GG, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, and Google. Some platforms restrict or prohibit research-chemical content; we are not responsible for accounts suspended due to your promotional activity.

8.4 Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation, including without limitation FTC endorsement rules, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR (if you target EU residents), CCPA (if you target California residents), and any applicable state or local consumer protection law.

9. Trademark & Content License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the “Peptides.GG” name and logo solely to promote Referred Orders, during the term of your participation, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Modify our logo or alter our brand assets.
• Use our trademarks in a manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or employment.
• Use our trademarks in domain names, social media handles, app names, or product names.

This license terminates immediately upon termination of your participation, and you must remove all uses of our trademarks from any materials you control within 30 days.

10. Confidentiality

Information you access through your affiliate dashboard — including but not limited to other Affiliates’ identities, customer order details, conversion rates, and any other business data — is confidential. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

11. Refunds, Chargebacks & Reversals

If a Referred Order is refunded, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the Commission earned on that order may be reversed at our sole discretion. We handle reversals manually and on a case-by-case basis; isolated low-value returns will generally not be clawed back.

If a pattern of refunds, chargebacks, or fraud is associated with your referrals, we reserve the right to suspend your account, reverse the affected Commissions, and withhold any unpaid Balance pending investigation.

12. Term & Termination

12.1 Term

Your participation begins on the date your application is approved and continues until terminated by either party.

12.2 Termination Without Cause

Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason or no reason, on written notice (email is sufficient). Upon termination without cause, you remain entitled to your accrued Balance, subject to the minimums in Section 6.

12.3 Termination For Cause

We may terminate your participation immediately, without notice, for any material breach of these Terms — including the prohibited practices in Section 7 and the marketing obligations in Section 8. Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit all unpaid Balance, including pending Commission.

12.4 Survival

Sections 9 (trademark license, post-termination removal), 10 (confidentiality), 13 (limitation of liability), 14 (independent contractor), 15 (indemnification), and 17 (governing law) survive termination of your participation.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

13.1 No Earnings Guarantee

We make no representation or warranty about the amount of Commission you may earn. Earnings depend entirely on your own marketing efforts and the orders attributed to your code.

13.2 “As Is” Basis

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD, or (b) the total Commission paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Peptides.GG. You have no authority to bind Peptides.GG to any contract or obligation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptides.GG and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your promotional content, including any unauthorized health, medical, therapeutic, or performance claims about our products.
• Your failure to provide the FTC disclosures required under Section 8.2.
• Your violation of any applicable law or platform rule.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL and the “Effective” date at the top will be updated. Material changes will be communicated to active Affiliates by email. Continued participation in the Program after the Effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptides.GG regarding the Program, and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the Program.
